Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A). Work Modality: Remote. Location: Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time). Work Schedule: Full-time. Experience Level: Intermediate (3 to 5 years). Salary Range: - Colombia: COP 3,770,000 – 4,550,000 monthly. - Mexico: MXN 2,144 – USD 2,583 monthly. - Argentina: ARS 2,100 – USD 2,600 monthly. About the Position: - We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to lead key processes in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business analysis. - This position will play a fundamental role in generating reliable financial information for decision-making, collaborating closely with leaders from various departments, and participating in strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities: - Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial closings. - Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and projections. - Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, staffing, and operating expenses. - Evaluate new initiatives, promotions, pricing strategies, and investments through ROI and financial feasibility analysis. - Monitor and report SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV. - Investigate financial and operational anomalies, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement. - Support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and M&A processes. - Generate executive reports and recommendations for management. - Implement improvements in financial processes, reporting, and the use of AI tools. Requirements: Education and Experience: - 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields. - Experience in high-growth companies (ideally SaaS, Telecommunications, or similar). - Knowledge of recurring revenue models and unit economics. Technical Skills: - Advanced Excel and financial modeling. - NetSuite (required). - Salesforce. - SQL (preferred). - Tableu, Looker, or BI tools. - Financial forecasting. - ROI analysis. - Scenario planning. - Data analysis and manipulation of financial information. - Use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to finance. Skills: - Analytical and strategic thinking. - Attention to detail. - Problem-solving. - Adaptability. - Effective communication with stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations. - Proactivity and results-oriented.
