Responsibilities

Company Overview: - We are building an AI-first commercial HVAC company based in Florida, USA. - Our goal is to become one of the most technologically advanced HVAC companies by leveraging AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent business systems to automate as much of the business as possible. - This is not a typical operations role. - You will be responsible for designing and building the operational backbone of the company using AI. - If you enjoy solving complex business problems with technology and building systems that eliminate manual work, you will love this position. Responsibilities: - You will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our AI-powered operations. - Design and build AI workflows using n8n. - Develop AI agents using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and AWS Bedrock. - Integrate APIs across CRM, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Twilio, Slack, Microsoft 365, and other business platforms. - Build automated dispatch and scheduling systems. - Create AI-powered customer service workflows. - Automate estimating, proposal generation, purchasing, and invoicing. - Develop dashboards and operational KPIs. - Optimize field operations through automation. - Build internal tools that eliminate repetitive administrative work. - Improve business processes through AI and automation. - Document systems and create scalable operating procedures. - Work directly with the founders to turn business ideas into production-ready systems. Required Skills: - 5+ years in software engineering or automation. - Advanced n8n experience. - Strong Python or TypeScript. - REST APIs and webhooks. - PostgreSQL. - Docker. - Git/GitHub. - AWS (preferred). - Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Bedrock). - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong written and spoken English. Bonus Skills: - LangGraph. - MCP. - RAG systems. - Vector databases. - AI agents. - Prompt engineering. - Twilio. - Google Cloud. - Microsoft Azure. - QuickBooks API. - CRM integrations. - Construction or HVAC industry experience.
