This is a full-time remote role supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for a number of FSM clients.The RoleAssist monthly financial close and related activities for clientsAccount analysis and reconciliationInvoice client’s customers and manage client accounts receivablesProcess client’s accounts payable including approval workflowsCommunicate and reporting to tax agenciesAddress client and 3rd party inquiriesAd hoc analysis and reportingEnsure assignments meet the firms’ quality standardsIdentify and communicate engagement matters to clients, managers and partnersProvide five-star client serviceJob RequirementsProfessional Knowledge3+ years of professional accounting experienceInvoicing, accounts receivable management & collectionsAccounts payable entries and issue resolutionAccount reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysisProficiency with web-based accounting software applicationsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skillsSoft SkillsProfessional working proficiency in English is requiredAbility to handle multiple engagements simultaneouslyCommitment and ability to meet critical business deadlinesSelf-starter with strong organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent research and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and social skillsAble to receive constructive feedbackComfortable working in a dynamic environmentEducation Degree in Accounting/Finance, or requisite work experienceBenefits and PerksUnlimited vacationOngoing education and trainingBonuses
