About usPomelo places the best offshore talent with top brands, startups, and agencies across the globe. We enable hard-working and ambitious talent to work remotely from their home countries, while gaining exposure into how the world’s top companies operate.About our Pomelo clientOur client is a global direct-to-consumer performance menswear brand headquartered in Hong Kong. They build technical-fabric suits — machine- washable, with a stretch, unlined-feel construction — for a primarily US customer base, and operate as a fully remote team across multiple continents. They move fast, run lean, and hold a high bar on execution. The roleWe're hiring a Marketing Manager to work under our Marketing Director. This is a hands-on execution and quality-control role, not a strategy-ownership seat. You are the person who keeps our marketing output sharp: reviewing what our channels and agencies produce, catching what's off before it ships, and making sure nothing lapses. The ceiling is real. This role can grow into running the full marketing department over time. What you'll ownReview and quality-filter agency output — email, creative, Google Ads — against brand standards and conversion goals.Watch and give detailed creative feedback on 20–50 videos per month (hooks, pacing, CTAs); upload approved creatives to Adnova for Facebook distribution.Manage agency relationships: run weekly KPI reviews and make sure deliverables don't slip.Support CRO: propose tests, coordinate with the back-end developer, and analyze results.Keep a critical eye on quality across every channel, staying ahead of what the agencies produce. What you bringReal exposure across the channels we run.
