As the company continues to expand, we are building a nationwide network of affiliates, influencers, content creators, bloggers, homesteaders, chefs, gardeners, and wellness advocates who can successfully promote our products.We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Recruitment Specialist Virtual Assistant to identify, recruit, qualify, and onboard affiliate partners. This role focuses heavily on lead generation, outreach, relationship building, and affiliate program growth.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable engaging with influencers and content creators across multiple platforms while maintaining organized records and outreach pipelines.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Affiliate RecruitmentResearch and identify potential affiliate partners.Find influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.Identify bloggers, gardeners, homesteaders, chefs, sustainability advocates, wellness influencers, and mushroom enthusiasts.Build and maintain lists of qualified affiliate prospects.Conduct outreach through email, direct messaging, and social media channels.Schedule calls and meetings with interested affiliate candidates.Assist with affiliate onboarding and relationship management.Lead GenerationGenerate 50–100 new affiliate prospects per week.Research niche communities and audiences aligned with the company's target market.Maintain and update prospect databases.Track outreach efforts, responses, and recruitment metrics.Organize lead information within CRM systems or spreadsheets.Continuously identify new affiliate recruitment opportunities.Affiliate QualificationEvaluate potential affiliates based on:Audience sizeEngagement ratesContent qualityBrand alignmentAudience demographicsPromotional potentialPrioritize high-performing affiliate opportunities.Conduct basic research and due diligence on prospective partners.Outreach & Relationship BuildingBuild positive relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.Follow up with prospects throughout the recruitment process.Answer basic affiliate program questions.Coordinate communication between affiliates and internal team members.Maintain professional and personalized outreach messaging.Reporting & TrackingMonitor affiliate recruitment performance.Track outreach activity and conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of affiliate applications and onboarding status.Prepare weekly activity reports and recruitment updates.Recommend improvements to outreach and recruitment strategies.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
