Responsibilities: - Answer and follow up with potential and existing customers. - Make and receive customer calls in English and Spanish. - Follow up with sales leads and potential clients. - Send quotes and follow up until the customer makes a decision. - Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries. - Update CRM and customer information. - Update sales opportunities. - Schedule cleaning services and coordinate appointments. - Follow up with customers after services. - Help obtain reviews and customer feedback. - Perform general administrative tasks. - Prepare basic reports and keep information organized. - Support the sales and operations team. Requirements: - Fluent or advanced conversational English and Spanish. - Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Sales Representative, or Customer Service Representative. - Experience communicating with customers by phone. - Sales and lead follow-up experience. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and similar tools. - Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. - Quiet workspace for customer calls. - Ability to work independently and follow procedures. - Responsible, punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: - Comfortable speaking with customers in the United States. - Knows how to follow up without being pushy. - Can turn inquiries into booked cleaning services. - Can organize multiple customers and tasks at the same time. - Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
