The position requires experience supporting test automation, CI/CD pipeline support, and quality engineering practices within a mission-driven environment.Program OverviewThis role supports a federal health program focused on enterprise data, analytics, and application modernization.Key DetailsClearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determinationResponsibilitiesDesign, build, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and data-driven platforms.Develop scalable test environments using AWS, Azure, Docker, and other cloud technologies to support reliable and repeatable testing.Apply AI-enhanced testing approaches, including tools such as GitHub Copilot and agentic UI automation, to improve testing efficiency and expand coverage.Perform automated and manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, UAT, integration, and API testing, to validate end-to-end system functionality.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and validation strategies for web-based data platforms and enterprise applications.Implement, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows to enable continuous validation and improve release quality.Partner with developers, business analysts, Product Owners, and QA team members to define test strategies, identify defects, and drive issues through resolution.Analyze test results and application behavior to identify quality risks, gaps opportunities for continuous improvement.Maintaect reports, test results, and quality metrics.Estimate testing efforts and help teams plan QA activities across Agile iterations and releases.Mentor junior QA professionals, share technical knowledge, and promote automation and quality engineering best practices across the team.Ensure applications meet established functional, performance, security, accessibility, compliance, and quality standards.Required Qualifications4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.4+ years of programming or scripting experience using Python, Java, Groovy, SQL, or Bash.2+ years of experience implementing or supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar technologies.Hands-on experience developing and executing automated API tests.Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans for web-based applications or data platforms.Experience building or supporting scalable test environments using AWS, Azure, Docker, or similar cloud technologies.Experience applying AI-powered QA and testing technologies, such as GitHub Copilot, agentic UI automation, or similar tools.Strong understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, quality engineering practices, and the software development lifecycle.Strong programming, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience working within Agile software delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and communicate defects, risks, testing results, and recommendations.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.Bachelor’s degree ineering, information technology, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience testing data pipelines, data platforms, or solutions built within Palantir Foundry.Experience with MuleSoft, API platforms, enterprise integrations, or middleware technologies.Experience with human-centered design (HCD), usability testing, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.Experience applying DevSecOps practices within low-code/no-code (LCNC) environments, including automated testing, controlled deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience supporting federal government, public health, healthcare, or large-scale digital service environments.Experience mentoring junior QA professionals or contributing to broader quality engineering standards and best practices.CompensationSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.Blu Omega Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage through national providers401(k) with company match (eligible after 6 months;
