In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts across various technical and corporate roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. NOTE: This is a temporary position, anticipated to last six months in duration.Responsibilities:Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positionsCollaborate with hiring managers to identify urgent hiring needs and recruitment strategiesScreen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, facilitating communication and setting expectationsMaintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support onboarding of new hires as neededContribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needsConduct research on job market trends to identify potential sourcing strategiesAssist in organizing recruitment-related events and career fairsPerform other administrative tasks related to recruiting as assignedRequirements3+ years of experience in corporate full cycle recruitment requiredExperience with ATS systems, Workable is a plusExperience in AEC industry a requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to connect with candidates and build rapport quicklyStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasksOccasional travel to various office locations Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be required.BenefitsThe typical base salary range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 per hour depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
