This role will be responsible for developing reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that help Operations leadership understand performance, identify root causes, and drive business improvement.This position requires more than technical reporting capability. The successful candidate must be able to thoughtfully analyze operational data, interpret trends, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for leadership. The analyst will work closely with Operations leaders to support daily production visibility, workflow improvement, capacity planning, therapy performance, revenue-related operational analysis, and key process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally curious, comfortable working with imperfect data, and able to move quickly from raw data to actionable business insight. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Pharmacy Operations, Operational Excellence, and related leadership teams. Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that provide clear visibility into operational performance, production trends, workflow bottlenecks, and key business drivers. Perform ad hoc analysis to answer critical business questions, including trend analysis, variance analysis, root-cause analysis, productivity analysis, aging analysis, cycle-time analysis, and operational opportunity sizing. Partner with Operations leaders to define meaningful KPIs, standardize metric definitions, and ensure reporting reflects how the business actually operates. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making. Identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across pharmacy operations, intake, enrollment, prior authorization, scheduling, fulfillment, and related workflows. Support operational reviews by preparing executive-ready analysis, summaries, and visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate production issues, reconcile data discrepancies, and improve data quality. Participate in data acquisition, transformation, and automation efforts from multiple operational systems and data sources. Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, PowerShell, Claude, Copilot, or other AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of reporting and analysis. Support audits, quality control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed. Proactively recommend improvements to reporting structure, dashboard usability, metric design, and analytical approach. Required QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, validate, interpret, and explain large data sets. Demonstrated ability to move beyond reporting into business analysis, including identifying trends, drivers, outliers, and root causes. Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Experience developing dashboards, reports, and recurring operational reporting. Ability to translate data into clear business insights and practical recommendations. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and metric consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical operational leaders. Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field; or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred QualificationsExperience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, patient access, contact center operations, or other high-volume operational environments. Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS, PowerShell, and data automation. Experience with operational KPIs such as productivity, cycle time, referral aging, order aging, shipment performance, scheduling performance, authorization status, inventory constraints, denial trends, or revenue-related operational drivers. Experience working with operational leaders to define metrics, diagnose performance issues, and support process improvement. Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to accelerate analysis, documentation, dashboard development, and reporting automation. Critical Success FactorsThe successful candidate will be able to: Quickly understand operational workflows and connect data trends to real business activity. Ask thoughtful questions when data does not make sense. Identify what is driving performance, not just report what happened. Produce clean, accurate, and leadership-ready analysis under tight timelines. Communicate findings in a simple, practical, and recommendation-oriented way. Help Operations leadership build confidence in the data and use it to drive action. EMPLOYEE BENEFITSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being:Medical Coverage, Dental, and Vision Coverage401(k) with employer matchAccident and Critical Illness coverageCompany-paid life insurance optionsGenerous PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidaysTuition reimbursement program.
