We’re Hiring: Operations Experience RepresentativeThis role will focus on supporting, coaching, and retaining a driver network while helping ensure timely order fulfillment, strong platform performance, and an excellent driver experience.Key responsibilities include:Supporting drivers through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emailsMonitoring orders and helping ensure timely fulfillmentCoaching drivers on performance, platform usage, and delivery expectationsBuilding strong relationships to improve driver engagement and retentionAnalyzing driver feedback and identifying operational trendsUsing AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflows⚠️ Important: Schedule availability is required.Candidates will be assigned to one of the following schedules based on business needs:Schedule 1: Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CSTSchedule 2: Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST; Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM CSTPlease apply only if you are fully comfortable working one of these schedules.Requirements:2–3 years of relevant experienceAdvanced English proficiencyExperience managing high-volume communicationsCRM experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsInterest or experience using AI toolsExperience in driver operations, gig economy platforms, logistics, or last-mile delivery is highly preferred.Interested candidates can send me a direct message or comment “Interested” below.
