The Role

We’re looking for a freelance video content creator with a strong grasp of B2B marketing to produce and post daily short-form videos across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. The goal is to build an engaged audience of B2B professionals by delivering consistent, high-quality marketing insights in an engaging video format.
If you're confident on camera, have a knack for simplifying complex marketing concepts, and know how to create scroll-stopping content—this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create 1 short-form video per day (30–90 seconds) on B2B marketing topics
- Research or collaborate on content ideas and convert them into engaging scripts or outlines
- Record yourself speaking to the camera (or create voiceovers with visual storytelling)
- Edit and optimize videos for performance on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
- Add captions, basic transitions, and light branding
- Deliver content consistently on a daily/weekly schedule
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing trends, and topics like lead generation, content marketing, SaaS, ABM, etc.
Qualifications:
- Confident on-camera presence or ability to produce engaging voiceovers
- Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Experience creating educational or thought leadership content
- Creative, reliable, and organized—able to deliver content consistently without micromanagement
- Good understanding of what performs well on different social platforms
