DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.Your ImpactIngesting, formatting and syncing of incoming raw footage. Managing media of all footage and filesSimple editing (stitching clips, subtitles) of social content in various sizes for various social platforms (Instagram/Stories, Facebook, YouTube, etc)Quickly assemble edits and complement notes from creatives and clientsAssist editors with project organization and asset management.Create and distribute clips, GIFs and looped videos intended for use on socialCreate thumbnails as necessaryCut clips from long-form footage provided by clientSync audio files provided by the client. Insert subtitles into cut clips for social assets.Your Experience1+ years of experience with editing and creating video assets, either independently or in previous employmentProficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as Final Cut and other 3rd party software, when applicableExperience in both Output and Delivery processes - Preparing elements for delivery to either client or team editorsFlexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverablesStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows.Your AvailabilityMonday - Friday: 9am-6pm PSTSalary Range$35,000 - $45,000 a yearThe salary range for this role is $35,000-$40,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.Company culture you ask?Our company culture is casual, fun, and empowering.
