We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear insights, building dashboards that matter, and partnering with leaders to drive performance. What You’ll Do - Build dashboards & reports that guide leadership decisions - Deliver insights on performance, efficiency, and financial drivers - Conduct deep‑dive analyses to explain trends & opportunities - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality - Present findings in clear, compelling narratives to senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For - 🎓 Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field - 📊 5+ years in data/business analytics or performance management - 🛠 Strong SQL + Python (or equivalent) - 📈 BI tools experience (Power BI preferred) - 💬 Excellent communication skills in English - 🤝 Proven cross‑functional collaboration Nice to Have: Financial analytics, forecasting, AWS, Airflow, Spark/PySpark, global/matrixed org experience, French fluency.
