You'll bring deep cybersecurity knowledge into customer conversations, shape how Binalyze fits into real-world security environments, and help defenders understand exactly what's possible when they have the right tools. This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of security but also gets energy from working with people, translating complex ideas into clear value, and being the reason a deal lands.🔥 What You'll DoYou'll work closely with prospects, customers, and partners across the UK and Europe, bridging cybersecurity expertise with pre-sales engagement. From early discovery through to proof-of-concept and close, you'll be a trusted technical voice throughout the customer journey — and a key source of field intelligence that shapes how our product evolves.Pre-Sales & Customer EngagementDeliver compelling technical demonstrations, product presentations, and proof-of-concept engagementsEngage with customers to understand their incident response workflows, investigation challenges, and security architectureDesign and recommend solution architectures and deployment strategies tailored to each environmentSupport integration of Binalyze solutions into SOC workflows, IR processes, and enterprise security stacksAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the full customer lifecycleTechnical Value & CollaborationArticulate technical value, key differentiators, and solution fit to both technical and non-technical audiencesProvide best practices guidance on endpoint investigation and digital evidence collectionCollaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to feed field insight back into the businessSupport enterprise evaluations, pilot engagements, and technical sales cycles🧠 What You BringStrong background in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat investigation — DFIR, SOC, or threat hunting experience is particularly relevantHands-on experience with incident response investigations, SOC operations, or threat hunting using YARA, Sigma, and/or osqueryFamiliarity with enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and endpoint investigation toolingSolid understanding of IR workflows, threat detection and investigation processes, and containment and remediation proceduresAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and business stakeholdersComfortable in a customer-facing role, building trusted relationships and presenting confidentlyExperience with or genuine interest in automation and AI-assisted workflows🎁 What We Offer28 days annual leave + wellbeing days + your birthday offVitality private medical insurance, including family coverCycle to Work SchemeHome office setup supportMonthly wellbeing and entertainment allowancesWellbeing support with OliFully remote and flexible working with central London office also available.You'll join a team of experienced security professionals working on technology that genuinely changes how defenders operate.
