Our frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage Ulula solutions in order to amplify the voice of the most vulnerable stakeholders in global supply chains.As a Product Sales Specialist your primary responsibility is to pro-actively support:Account Executives identify and prioritize customer fit with the tool;The right positioning based on customer needs and;provide deep subject matter expertise during sales cycles.In addition, you will design, package, and enable repeatable sales motions that drive sales of Ulula products and use cases.This role combines deep solution & Sales knowledge with field engagement to help Sales teams effectively position products in customer conversations.Primary responsibilities include:Partner with Account Executives and Field Sales Engineers in live opportunities, providing deeper technical and subject matter expertise to customers on focus topics (e.g. carbon management, human rights, specific application of regulations, API integration strategy)Develop and refine product-specific sales plays, value messaging, and proof points tailored to use cases, industries, buyer personas, and regulatory drivers (e.g., CSRD, CS3D, Scope 3 requirements).Equip the field with sales-facing tools (playbooks, battle cards, demo flows) to ensure consistent and scalable positioning in opportunities.Conduct high quality meetings with prospects in your territory via online and in-person meetingsParticipate in relevant events and speaking opportunities in your territory;Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future;Secondary responsibilities include:Gather customer and field feedback to iterate plays, improve win rates, and align with evolving market and regulatory expectations.Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure motions are tightly connected to customer needs and EcoVadis’ broader sustainability value proposition.Contribute subject-matter expertise (e.g., example demo flows, objection handling scenarios, value storylines) that the other frontline teams can incorporate into structured training programs.QualificationsWe’re looking for a highly expert in Human Rights across several industries and commodities with exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in sales within an international and dynamic environment.
