Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Support Engineer who will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers and internal) by performing a question-based diagnosis process while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The Support Engineer will help complete IT questionnaires, assessments, and work with hospital IT & Pharmacy teams to ensure hardware and software meets their standardsDuties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound phone calls from customers on the technical support lineRespond to emails from customersAssist customers with technical issues related to Bluesight productsAnalyze application data and ensure accuracy with resolutionsAssist employees with general IT issues such as email, wireless, and other IT productsResolve issues, maintain high-end customer satisfaction and confidenceSecurity assessments and remediationOther duties and technical projects as assignedOccasional overnight on call rotation coverageQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in related field preferred; 2-5 years of experience in administering and/or troubleshooting issues related to hardware, systems, and networksStrong Excel, SQL; working with data sets to analyze issuesCISSP, A+, Security+, CISM, Net+ or equivalent certifications strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional and polite demeanorKnowledge and experience in a SaaS environment is preferredAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeSalary$30 - $35 an hourIn addition, this position is also eligible for overtime pay and our amazing benefits package.
