Requirements and responsibilities

WHAT YOU´LL DO:Plays a key role in Agile development, responsible for facilitating Scrum best practices, processes, and ceremonies ensuring their effectiveness.Empower the team to achieve its sprint goals and deliver valuable outcomes to the project.They pave the way for successful sprint delivery by removing impediments, promoting collaboration, and encouraging continuous improvement.They act as mentors, guiding the team through the iterative development process and fostering team self-organization.Lead and participate in meetings to ensure successful delivery of the sprint.Own root cause analysis and provide teams with iterative improvements.Communicate risks, challenges, and status to the Project Managers.Iterate and enhance procedures for the delivery of sprints.Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers and junior team members, helping them adopt best practices.Report on team status utilizing a data-driven approach.Provide creative problem-solving when challenges arise and take responsibility for the project while also assisting the team with project controls.SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:Project management experienceExperience building and fostering relationships with all teams in and outside the organization, from leadership and new clients to internal engineering teamsExperience managing a technical implementation and a cross-functional team like Development, Product, Quality Assurance, or DevOpsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with external stakeholders and internal product development teamsExceptional attention to detail, including experience with, risk registers, status reports, client communications, or all sprint artifacts.A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.Established background in launching software products and services in partnership with engineering teams.Experience managing a team delivering functional software to production in a project management environment.Experience coordinating multiple teams, and managing high-priority and strategic sprints for an organizationExperience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Bonus pointsExperience in the travel or FinTech industriesExperience in DevOps, AWS technologies, QA methodologies, and CloudOperationsExperience using Jira for project managementWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary package.A high level of responsibility from day one and opportunities for professional development.Entrepreneurial environment fostering creativity and innovation.Dynamic remote work culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere.Collaboration with a talented global team, providing opportunities for continuous learning and growth.Be part of a company growing exponentially.
