Since 2018, the company has grown from a solo Arizona operation to a multi-state team, completing over $12 million in transactions across more than 450 closings. The company uses a data-driven marketing approach to identify promising properties and is known for its strong service-focused reputation. The opportunity This role owns and builds the sales organization from the ground up. The sales manager has full ownership of recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management, with the founder as the only checkpoint. The goal is to scale the team to 3–5 acquisition managers within six months and continue growing toward 10+ within the following year. What you’ll do Build the team * Recruit, hire, and onboard acquisition managers from LATAM markets, with final sign-off from the founder. * Scale the sales team to 3–5 representatives within six months and 10+ within 18 months. * Establish hiring standards, interview processes, and onboarding playbooks. Coach and develop * Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, role-plays, and one-on-one sessions. * Identify underperformance early and implement targeted development plans. * Model and reinforce high performance standards across the team. Drive performance * Set and enforce performance standards, KPIs, and daily activity metrics. * Run weekly pipeline reviews and team huddles. * Maintain CRM discipline and use data to drive decisions. * Continuously refine sales playbooks, messaging, and objection handling. Own the culture * Serve as the cultural anchor for the sales team. * Model and reinforce the company’s core values daily. * Build an environment where high performers thrive and low performers improve or transition out. Who you are * Proven experience building a real estate sales team from scratch to 7–10+ producers. * Strong ability to recruit and hire high-caliber closers. * Experience coaching, developing, and holding sales teams accountable. * Direct experience managing high-ticket closers. * Strong ownership mindset and alignment with the company’s core values. Requirements * 5+ years managing sales teams. * Proven track record building a US-focused real estate sales team. * Experience managing high-ticket closers. * Strong command of CRM systems, preferably Go High Level. * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. * Based in Central or South America. Preferred * Experience with land or rural real estate. * Familiarity with real estate investment strategies such as wholesaling or seller financing. * Experience hiring and scaling LATAM-based teams serving US clients. * Experience with longer sales cycles. * Willingness to take calls alongside the team when needed. Compensation Base salary: $5,000–$7,000 per month Commission override: 7–10% on total rep commissions Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $130,000 annually depending on team size and performance.
