EXCELENT COMMUNICATION LinkedIn Page Technical Lead – Salesforce Implementation Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee and drive successful Salesforce implementations, with a strong emphasis on turning around challenged or underperforming deployments. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset to ensure business goals are met through robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce implementations, including architecture, design, development, and integration. Assess, troubleshoot, and revitalize underperforming or at-risk Salesforce projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams of developers, admins, and business analysts. Ensure technical deliverables meet standards for quality, scalability, and performance. Provide hands-on development support and mentorship to junior team members. Manage project timelines, risks, and technical dependencies. Translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architecture. Proven track record of leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations. Demonstrated success in turning around troubled Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly preferred MUST have an understanding of the configurations for various Q2C and Sales tool integration implementations. MUST have experience with Salesforce development and architecture. Proven track record of leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations. Demonstrated success in turning around troubled Salesforce projects.
