Position Overview: We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across a SaaS portfolio. This role will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver insights and reporting that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly, and brings strong modeling and analysis skills to the table. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance. Analyze SaaS metrics such as net revenue retention, customer acquisition cost, and cohort behavior. Prepare client-facing reports and presentations with high polish and clarity. Collaborate with internal teams to track KPIs and improve reporting processes. Leverage Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to create and share deliverables. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets. Excellent English communication (written and spoken) for client interaction. Highly coachable and self-directed in remote environments. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models. Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and reporting standards. Prior experience supporting US-based clients or stakeholders. Experience with financial modeling platforms or BI tools.
