Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Canada (Remote / Hybrid / On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop reports, and provide data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. - Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions. - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. - Perform statistical analysis to improve business performance. - Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and integrity of data. - Collaborate with engineering and business teams to optimize data processes. - Prepare presentations and reports for management and leadership. Required Qualifications - Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. - Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. - Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
