In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding support, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to drive success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning challenges into opportunities, we would love to meet you!Key Responsibilities:Act, along with team members, as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email and portal requestsTroubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to team managerBuild and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experienceCollaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for continuous improvementQualifications:Proficiency in email etiquetteProficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe AcrobatKnowledge of basic Microsoft Teams functionsZoom basic knowledgePreferred knowledge of Front email system but not requiredPreferred knowledge of ReporterBase but not requiredMust be a team-player and have excellent communication skillsMust have excellent phone etiquetteCompensation: USD $50,000 - $60,000 per year.An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
