Requirements and responsibilities


Design and develop ITOM solutions using ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, CMDB and other related modules. Well versed with implementation of Certificate Inventory Management in ServiceNow. Lead and participate in workshops, requirement sessions, design reviews, and testing sessions with clients and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on ITOM processes, integrations, configurations, customizations, and enhancements. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards, design principles, and best practices. Perform code reviews, and quality assurance of the ITOM solutions
