ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our agile marketing team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a mid-level operator with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads (must be certified), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, especially within the B2B space.
You’ll be executing day-to-day campaign builds, optimizations, and performance reporting across our key ad platforms. If you thrive in high-ownership roles, speak fluent CTR/CPC/CPL, and understand how paid media fits into the larger funnel (including HubSpot lead tracking), we want to work with you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Marketing Strategists, Account Managers, and the creative team to develop integrated performance marketing strategies that align with overall client objectives and business goals.
* Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and other B2B-focused digital platforms.
* Budget Oversight: Manage the day-to-day and overall spend to stay within client budgets for paid media.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key KPIs, including ROAS, CPL, CPC, and CPA, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
* Creative Input: Collaborate with the team on ad copy and creative variants that drive scroll-stopping clicks and downstream conversions.
* Campaign Optimization: Implement structured testing plans (messaging, creative, audience) with a weekly optimization rhythm.
* Client Communication: Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and campaign results to clients during meetings, QBRs, and technical consultation sessions.
* Reporting & Analytics: Create comprehensive performance reports that clearly communicate ROI, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
* 2 to 5 years of paid media experience in a B2B environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A high level of comfort in presenting technical strategies to clients during QBRs and strategy sessions.
* The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders.
* The ability to develop performance marketing strategies for net new campaigns or clients across our core B2B paid platforms, including Google Search and Display, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Experience identifying when a strategy needs to pivot, be elevated, or temporarily paused to achieve the strongest performance outcomes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
* This is a contractor position averaging 20-25 hours per week.
* We are an English-speaking, collaborative, fully remote team and often hold teamwork sessions.
* Our usual business hours are 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time zone, and we expect your working hours to overlap sufficiently with ours.
