Join a U.S. construction and inspection services firm and lead business development initiatives with U.S. clients — fully remote from Colombia. We are seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Caller with sales experience and C1/C2 conversational English. Must demonstrate fluent English with a neutral, client-facing pronunciation aligned with U.S. business standards. Knowledge in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related technical services is a plus to support business development initiatives with U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities: - Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to prospective clients. - Introduce and sell the company’s construction and engineering services to new prospects. - Qualify leads, gather key project and decision-maker information, and assess client needs. - Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for senior sales leadership when appropriate. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups. - Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales activity targets. - Represent the company professionally in all client communications. Requirements: - Must demonstrate fluent English with a neutral, client-facing pronunciation aligned with U.S. business standards. - (1-3 years) Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or technical services (or similar). - OR hands-on experience in construction or engineering with a transition into commercial or business development roles. - Strong understanding of construction workflows, project lifecycles, or engineering services is highly valued. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). - Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients across time zones. - Highly organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
