Our team partners with clients on permanent placements, contract and project-based staffing, executive search, and strategic hiring solutions across the legal industry, corporate office, multinationals, accounting and tax firms and government departments. Position Overview Ascension is seeking a Client Concierge to support client engagement through proactive outreach and follow-up with existing clients. This is a junior, client-facing role focused on high-volume outreach, maintaining communication with current clients, and identifying potential hiring opportunities for the recruiting team. The Client Concierge plays an important role in ensuring consistent communication with our clients while supporting Ascension’s recruiting and staffing initiatives across the legal industry. Candidates must be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, professional client interaction, and proactive follow-up. Key Responsibilities Client Outreach and Follow-Up • Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up calls with existing clients • Maintain regular communication with clients to support ongoing engagement • Identify potential hiring needs and opportunities within current client relationships • Coordinate internally with Ascension recruiters when potential opportunities are identified Client Communication • Communicate professionally with law firm partners, administrators, and corporate legal departments • Maintain polished communication in both phone conversations and written correspondence • Support positive client experiences through consistent communication and responsiveness CRM and Reporting • Document client interactions and updates in the company CRM system • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, follow-ups, and potential opportunities • Provide updates to the recruiting team regarding client communication and hiring signals Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client outreach, recruiting, or a similar client-facing role • Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with clients • Comfortable performing high-volume outbound calling and proactive client outreach • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Required Skills • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) – required • Polished and professional communication skills • Ability to communicate confidently with senior legal professionals, law firms, and corporate legal departments Preferred Background (Plus) • Experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments • Familiarity with the legal industry • Experience working with recruiting or staffing agencies Employment Structure • Full-time position • Base salary Technical Requirements Candidates must have: • Personal computer suitable for daily work • Headset for call activity • Reliable internet connection The company will provide: • U.S. phone line through an application for outbound and inbound client calls
