Responsibilities

• Monitor Responder workforce utilization and capacity planning; own cost efficiency and logistics for Responder Operations. • Direct strategy, implementation, and evaluation of high-volume special projects and new services lines in our markets. • Oversee Responder supply logistics and deployment. • Develop and lead Ready’s business continuity plans for Responder Operations. • Collect, interpret and analyze data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions in Responder Operations. • Directly manage Ready’s Dispatch workforce, focusing on improving processes, workflows and efficiency. • Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Product, and Partnerships on project and service line implementation. • Function as a consultant and advisor to the Senior Vice President, Responder Operations, and perform oversight duties in their absence, when necessary.
