About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance & Payments Operations Specialist who will support day-to-day financial operations and payment processes within an iGaming project.This role combines financial coordination, payment operations, and analytical work. You will be responsible for managing expenses, supporting settlements, working with payment systems, and participating in reconciliation processes with partners.Requirements2–3 years of experience in Payments / Finance Operations / PSP / Anti-Fraud or similar rolesExperience in iGaming or high-risk industriesUnderstanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and routing logicExperience working with financial data and reportsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work with large volumes of dataEnglish – B1+Nice to have:Experience with payment providers (PSPs)Experience with payment conversion analysis and optimizationExperience working with affiliate / traffic teamsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsResponsibilities:Control and execute payments for services and operational expensesMaintain expense tracking and prepare reports for financeProvide data for settlements from payment systemsParticipate in reconciliation processes with partners (twice per month)Prepare data for affiliate payouts (traffic payments)Monitor transactions and identify issues or inconsistenciesWork with payment providers and support payment flowsHandle chargebacks and assist with fraud monitoringAnalyze payment performance and conversion ratesIdentify bottlenecks and support optimization of payment cascadesBenefitsRemote full-time roleWork in an international iGaming environmentOpportunity to grow in payments and financial operationsFlexible working environmentStable long-term cooperation
