About the role: We are an international sourcing company headquartered in Hong Kong, operating a global supplier network across multiple continents. We are looking for a remote, full-time Procurement Operations Manager to lead and grow our supplier-development team in Latin America. This is a pure leadership and coordination role — you will manage and direct a remote team, not do field work yourself. What you will do: - Lead and coordinate a remote team of outreach and sourcing specialists. - Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to improve retention and repeat business. - Set targets, monitor team performance, and report results. - Design and improve supplier-development processes and outreach playbooks. - Use modern tools (CRM, messaging platforms, AI assistants) to manage operations efficiently. What we are looking for: - 2+ years of experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, or team leadership. - Background in B2B, wholesale, trading, or supply chain is a strong plus. - Spanish at native or near-native level (C1+) and English at professional working level (B2+). - A self-driven leader who does not need micromanagement. - Reliable internet and a quiet remote working environment. What we offer: - Base salary of US$1,200/month plus uncapped performance commission.
