I am hiring a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our staffing team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with experience in candidate outreach, phone screening, resume review, and recruiting support. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a great candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport high-volume recruiting across multiple open rolesMake inbound/outbound candidate calls in English and SpanishConduct initial phone screenings and candidate evaluationsReview resumes and identify qualified candidatesCoordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring processAssist with daily staffing, recruiting, and onboarding activitiesPrepare daily reports and recruiting updatesBuild, edit, and format candidate resumesPresent candidate profiles to recruiters and clientsMaintain accurate ATS/CRM recordsQualificationsFluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)Previous experience in staffing or recruitingExperience with candidate calls and screeningsResume formatting and profile presentation experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with ATS/CRM and recruiting toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceAvailable full-time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific TimeIdeal CandidateStrong communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedSense of urgencyTeam playerResults-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment📩 Send your resume to: support@driven-talent.com
