Responsibilities

Company Description: - We are a technology company that helps modernize the retail energy industry. - Its platform, the Energy Operating System (eOS), helps energy companies automate operations, connect different systems, and manage their business more efficiently. - We also support new energy solutions such as renewable energy, flexible trading, and Virtual Power Plants, helping build a more sustainable and reliable energy future. About the Role: - We are looking for a motivated and creative Project Manager to join our team. - You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and client-facing projects. - This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to grow, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty with modern tools and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. - Coordinate between business, engineering, and design teams to keep projects on track. - Document requirements, meeting notes, and project status updates. - Identify process gaps and proactively propose improvements. - Support UI/UX reviews — provide feedback on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Use AI tools to increase productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and surface insights faster. What We're Looking For: - 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related role. - Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, with the ability to review wireframes and contribute to design discussions. - Comfortable using AI tools in daily work to improve productivity and solve problems. - Basic coding skills; experience with C# and SQL is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes rather than only surface-level issues. - Fast learner who actively seeks feedback and applies it quickly. - Self-driven, with a genuine interest in personal and professional growth. - Creative thinker who brings fresh perspectives to challenges. Nice to Have: - Exposure to data or reporting workflows. - Background in energy, utilities, or financial services. - Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen status preferred. - Experience working with software development teams or SaaS products. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira. - Understanding of Agile or Scrum project workflows. - Experience preparing user stories, requirement documents, or process diagrams. Why Join Us: - Remote work — flexibility to work from anywhere in Ontario. - Fast-paced environment — no two days are the same. - Growing opportunity — take on more responsibility as the team scales. - Young team — collaborative, energetic culture where everyone's voice matters. Equal Opportunity & Accessibility: - ArcTrade is an equal opportunity employer. - We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace where everyone is treated with respect and has the opportunity to grow. - We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. - ArcTrade does not discriminate based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, family status, or any other protected ground under applicable laws.
