What you’ll doAs a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the technical and solution-oriented aspects of our sales process. You will partner with Account Executives to deeply understand customer needs, demonstrate Titan’s AI platform capabilities, and guide prospects through discovery, evaluation, and technical validation.Own end-to-end pre-sales process including:Conducting detailed discovery sessions to understand customer technical, product, and operational requirementsPreparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations aligned to customer needsActing as the trusted product and solution expert throughout the sales cycleArticulating the business and technical value of Titan’s platform clearly and credibly to both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaborating closely with Account Executives to develop winning strategies and move opportunities through technical stages to secure the Technical Win.Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales deliveryGathering and communicating product feedback from prospects to inform roadmap and positioningContributing to technical win rates and helping drive revenue growth through strong solution alignmentRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise SaaS or AI salesKnowledge of and experience within banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industriesProven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos to meet complex enterprise requirementsStrong communication skills — able to clearly and confidently explain technical concepts to diverse audiencesAbility to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across all levels of seniorityStrong understanding of how to qualify and translate customer pain points into solution alignmentHighly organized with a disciplined, proactive approach to managing multiple complex opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environmentWillingness to travel 10–20%What We OfferCompetitive compensation (salary + commission + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)Remote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaborationUnlimited PTOMedical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)
