This role focuses on revenue model development, pricing optimization, user segmentation, and data-driven experimentation to support sustainable growth across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize game revenue models, payment structures, and in-game item systemsMonitor key monetization metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU, LTV, and user spending behaviorOptimize pricing strategies, item bundles, and promotional mechanics based on data insightsCollaborate with product, operations, and BI teams to implement diverse monetization scenariosAnalyze competitor strategies and market trends to propose innovative commercialization approachesEstablish and manage monetization testing frameworks, including A/B testing and controlled experimentsEvaluate promotional effectiveness and continuously refine monetization strategiesRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in game monetization, commercialization operations, or related product rolesLeadership or management experience in monetization or product teamsStrong understanding of iGaming, online gaming, or other high-monetization game business modelsSolid knowledge of revenue metrics, pricing frameworks, and user segmentation modelsStrong data analysis skills and experience with experimental design and performance evaluationProfessional proficiency in English and Chinese, suitable for cross-functional and cross-regional collaborationPreferred QualificationsExperience with RFM models, A/B testing, or other user behavior analysis frameworksBackground in community operations or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborationExperience designing monetization strategies for global or multi-market products
