WE ARE HIRING: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (100% Remote)Are you a data-driven marketer who loves email operations, automation journeys, and high-growth brands? Do you want to work from home while leveling up your career with top global companies?At GrowthAssistant, we connect world-class talent with fast-growing brands. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist based in Latin America or the Philippines to take full ownership of end-to-end email campaign operations!What you’ll do:Build, QA, and deploy 3-4 weekly email campaigns, sophisticated automated journeys, and triggered sends.Primary platform focus: Iterable (or Braze).Manage the content calendar using Jira and write clear creative briefs for designers and copywriters.Build/edit templates using Stripo and basic HTML.Conduct A/B testing and analyze data (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize performance.What we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing (startup experience is a plus!).Strong experience with Iterable or Braze (HubSpot/Klaviyo also considered if you have deep automation experience).Experience with email builders like Stripo, Taxi, or Stensul.High attention to detail, strong project management, and data literacy.Logistics: Ability to work US business hours and maintain excellent English communication.What’s in it for you?100% Permanent Remote Work – work from the comfort of your home!Health Coverage: HMO or Healthcare Stipend (depending on location).Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.Dedicated Maternity and Paternity Leaves.Attendance, Performance, and Anniversary bonuses.If you are a proactive marketer who balances technical execution with a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you!
