Requirements and responsibilities

What you will do: - Own the pod backlog and maintain a clear definition of done for all deliverables. - Drive product configuration decisions and oversee UAT for the pod. - Coordinate with vendors and engineering teams to resolve blockers and align delivery. - Translate product strategy into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria. - Participate in cross-squad dependency management and planning ceremonies. - Maintain product documentation, release notes, and configuration records. What you will bring: - Demonstrated product ownership experience in banking or financial services. - Deep domain knowledge in one or more pods: Accounts (Retail/Corporate), Cards, Payments, Treasury Management, FRAML, Back-office, Channels Experience, Onboarding, Customer Engagement, or Security. - Strong UAT and vendor coordination skills. - Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product configurations. - Comfort working in multi-vendor, regulated delivery environments. - Strong async communication and remote-work discipline. - English fluency.
