Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our growing dynamic team. As a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist you will be providing customer service support over calls and email. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive data and sourcing documents, compile, sort, interpret and verify data to be entered.Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutionsMaintain electronic and hard-copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents. Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers.Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalency6-12 months of related work experience in a call center environmentFluent in EnglishInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Preferred skills, education and experienceFluent in SpanishExperience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, AccessStrong attention to detailStrong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to multi-taskExperience in a data entry processing and customer centric call center environmentAbout Resource InnovationsResource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $17-$21/hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
