Together, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department.Responsibilities:Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products.Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing).Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation.Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards.Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals.Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks.Requirements3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work.Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions.Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.Nice to have:Experience in performance marketing.Experience working with motion or 3D teams.Experience leading or mentoring designers.Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior.BenefitsRemote work opportunity.Flexible working schedule.Interesting product.Learning opportunities.Career growth prospects.
