Our primary mission is to bridge the gap between global enterprise clients and elite engineering talent. As a forward-thinking tech agency, we focus on sourcing and connecting top-tier developers with fully remote opportunities, building dynamic teams that drive enterprise-level success. The Opportunity We already have several successful departments in place, and we are currently initiating a strategic team-building phase to establish Orsentra LTD's dedicated internal development team. While we are in the preparation stage before assigning active client projects, we are hiring foundational developers now. This role will begin as a part-time, hourly contract. As our agency continues to scale and acquire new projects, there will be direct opportunities to discuss expanded hours, greater responsibilities, and long-term integration into our core engineering team. Key Responsibilities • Act as a founding member of Orsentra LTD’s newly established dedicated development department. • Support, build, and maintain upcoming full-stack projects assigned by the agency. • Adapt quickly to diverse client needs, tech stacks, and project scopes for global enterprise clients. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal departments to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Strict Requirements • Technical Expertise: Strong, proven experience in Full Stack development (frontend and backend). • Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are strictly required for internal collaboration and client alignment. • Global Mindset: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate across different time zones. • Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to seamlessly transition between different types of enterprise client projects.
