Reporting to our MP&A Billing Manager, you will be supporting the team in executing manual billing processes and implementing pricing updates, with strong emphasis on data accuracy, validation, and analysis to support revenue integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, validate, and analyze pricing and fee structures to ensure accuracy and completenessCalculate and support monthly manual billing processes, including data uploadsAnalyze pricing strategies and recommend solutions to drive profitability and support revenue growthBuild, maintain, and QA billing configurations and pricing modelsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies and reporting variancesAssess the financial impact of billing changes, corrections, and new initiativesRespond to escalations from Operations, Product, and Sales teams in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with SOX controls and internal policiesDevelop and maintain process documentation and standard operating proceduresIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automationSupport quarterly card brand enhancements and related pricing updatesIdentify financial risks and communicate potential impactsTake ownership of monthly billing activities, including issue identification, impact analysis, and process updatesProvide ad hoc analysis and support to the Merchant Pricing & Analysis team as neededPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of related experience in billing, pricing, finance, or a similar analytical roleStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry, validation, and financial calculationsExperience with data validation and identifying discrepancies in financial or billing dataComfortable calculating and analyzing financial impacts of changes, issues, and updatesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency as a requirementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlinesSelf-starter with a high level of initiative and ownership over assigned responsibilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong sense of accountability for completing high-impact manual billing activities accurately and on timeProven ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish, including validation and issue resolutionDriven to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve processes and understanding of the businessInquisitive mindset with the ability to identify issues, dig into root causes, and propose solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain findings and issuesBenefitsNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
