You’ll be a key member of Angi’s Retail Partnerships team, responsible for executing a strategy that advances Angi’s mission to get jobs done well, while developing as a future leader of the organization.What you'll doSupport key aspects of our Retail P&L - tracking performance, identifying trends, and surfacing opportunities to senior leadershipBuild deep relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and act as a primary advocate for the growth and success of key retail accountsLead analyses that surface actionable insights to guide partner and internal decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement themDrive projects from scoping through execution by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring measurable outcomesPartner with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to drive continuous growth while improving the customer experiencePrepare clear, concise presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders; present those findings to key stakeholdersBalance strategic acumen with analytical ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities in a fast-paced environmentWho you are2-3 years of professional experience, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing tech/marketplace environmentExceptional quantitative skills and analytical aptitude; deep knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and, ideally, SQL, with significant experience framing up analyses independentlyActive use of AI tools to work smarter and move fasterProven ability to translate data into strategic insights and action plansExperience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders at multiple levelsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to build strong external partnershipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint/Google SlidesCreative problem-solver with a bias for action and excitement for collaborative workKeen eye for detail, with strong quality-assurance habitsInterest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizationsWillingness to travel on a quarterly cadence (when appropriate/required)We value diversityWe know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems.
