Day-to-day, you’re the one in-platform: building, launching, optimizing, and reporting.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads based on strategic briefs from the Paid Media StrategistMonitor daily campaign performance and make optimization decisions on bidding, pacing, targeting, and creative rotationMaintain tracking integrity — flag discrepancies, support GTM and GA4 setups, and ensure data accuracy across accountsExecute A/B and creative tests defined by the Strategist; document results clearly so learnings can be applied going forwardPrepare regular performance reports and contribute to client-facing updates with accurate data and clean commentaryProactively surface anomalies, opportunities, or issues to the Strategist before they become problemsSupport campaign builds for new client onboardings, including structure setup, audience creation, and pixel/tag verificationWhat Success Looks LikeYour campaigns launch on time, are set up correctly, and deliver against the KPIs defined in the Strategist’s briefTracking is clean across your accounts — data is accurate and trusted by the team and the clientYou’re catching performance issues before they’re flagged by someone elseThe Strategist can rely on you to execute without needing to re-explain or re-check your workYou’re improving — each month you understand the platforms, the clients, and the process a little betterRequired Experience2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or agency environmentProven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit AdsWorking knowledge of tracking fundamentals: GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion event configurationExperience pulling performance data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearlyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts and shifting prioritiesHubSpot experience is an asset but not requiredFamiliarity with B2B buying cycles, lead generation, and funnel-stage targeting is a strong plusLocation, Timezone & Work SetupWork Setup: Fully remotePrimary Target Locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe.
