This position supports customer implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting with execution capabilities that ensure timely delivery, high-quality standards, adherence to budgetary constraints, and development of scalable delivery practices for all JMA DAS solutions.Leveraging expertise in commissioning, RF testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting, the DAS Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring remote and on-site support for JMA DAS solutions and wireless services.Expect to travel up to 60% of the time and sometimes without notice.Position CompetenciesReview Performance and Acceptance Test PlansCreate, update, and close out tickets in a timely mannerFollow processesSense of urgencyMultitaskingPIM/Sweep/CW TestSOW creation when requiredPerformance testingPerformance data reviewTroubleshootingCustomer supportRoot cause analysis reviewRequired Skills and Experience2-4 year technical degree or related military experience desired2+ years of support experience related to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)Base station system knowledge requiredKnowledge of LTE and 5G protocolsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsMust be within range of a major airport and be prepared to travel up to 40%Compensation$90,000 - $140,000 a year (US annual base salary range).
