We are currently looking for a Data Architect to join a growing team focused on building scalable data solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft-based data ecosystem.What You’ll Do:Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business goalsTranslate business requirements into technical data solutions, defining clear specifications and data modelsCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teamsAct as the technical leader within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholdersOversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Azure-based toolsEnsure best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimizationEnable and support data visualization initiatives, particularly through Power BIContribute to the evolution of the platform toward advanced analytics and machine learning capabilitiesWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar rolesStrong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reportingExperience working with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystemSolid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline designExperience working in cloud environments, preferably AzureStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to define architecture and guide implementation within small to mid-sized teamsAdvanced English level - C1.Nice to HaveExposure to AI/ML initiatives or building data platforms that support machine learning use casesExperience integrating backend data systems with visualization layersFamiliarity with modern development practices, including AI-assisted or agent-based workflowsExperience working in agile environments with cross-functional teamsWhy Join EX Squared?At EX Squared, we are a LATAM-based company with a global mindset.
