This role will be responsible for new hire onboarding, ongoing field training, sales process adoption, clinical and product education, and coaching that improves performance across the organization.The ideal candidate combines strong sales enablement experience with the ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into practical, field-ready training. This person will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our sellers are confident, compliant, and highly effective in the field.This is an opportunity to shape the training foundation of a mission-driven commercial organization at the intersection of oncology, diagnostics, and AI. You will play a direct role in helping the sales team perform at a higher level while supporting a company focused on improving patient care.Essential Responsibilities:Design, build, and deliver onboarding programs for new Sales Account Executives, regional managers, and other commercial hiresDevelop training content covering ArteraAI products, clinical value proposition, disease-state knowledge, customer workflows, reimbursement basics, sales process, territory planning, and objection handlingLead live, virtual, and field-based training sessions that improve sales readiness and shorten ramp timeCreate certification programs to ensure consistent product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills across the teamPartner with sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices in the fieldConduct ride-alongs, call coaching, and skills assessments to strengthen execution and performanceBuild and maintain sales playbooks, call guides, competitive messaging, talk tracks, and learning resourcesSupport product launches, messaging updates, and process changes with clear training plans and adoption strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Compliance to ensure training content is accurate and alignedMeasure training effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, productivity, adoption, and manager feedbackHelp plan and facilitate national sales meetings, regional meetings, and quarterly business reviewsEnsure all training is delivered in a compliant manner consistent with company policies and applicable healthcare industry standardsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, or commercial excellence; or equivalent combination of field sales and training experienceExperience supporting a field-based sales organization in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical device, digital health, or a related industryProven ability to design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programsStrong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skillsExcellent written communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, usable contentExperience partnering with commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentComfort using CRM, presentation tools, and learning platforms to manage training programs and reportingWillingness to travel regularly to support field coaching and in-person meetingsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in oncology, pathology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, or AI-enabled healthcare solutionsPrior field sales experience in addition to training or enablement experienceExperience building enablement programs in a growing or scaling commercial organizationFamiliarity with adult learning principles, certification design, and reinforcement strategiesExperience with Salesforce and sales enablement or LMS platformsStrong command of consultative selling methodologies and coaching frameworksIn this role, you will: Improve new hire ramp speed and readinessIncrease consistency in messaging and execution across the fieldStrengthen manager coaching and rep developmentDrive adoption of core sales processes and toolsHelp elevate overall commercial performance through better training, reinforcement, and accountability$165,000 - $185,000 a yearIn addition to base salary, this role includes a competitive quarterly target bonus, equity within the company, 401k matching, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and more. The base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other factors to be discussed during the interview process.
