This person will be the primary recruiting partner for US-based hiring managers, filling Senior and Director-level roles across the company. This is a full-time contractual position with the potential to move to a permanent role depending on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closePost job openings across relevant platforms and set up automations and processes to keep pipelines efficientProactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools — not just post and waitLeverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operationsManage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organized and movingConduct all screening calls and serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the processPartner directly with US hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and provide regular pipeline updatesHandle all scheduling, interview logistics, and administrative tasks involved in the hiring processTrack and report on pipeline metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to keep stakeholders informedMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Workable)Build and improve recruiting automations and workflows to reduce manual work and increase speedWork EnvironmentType: Full-time contractual, remote (Philippines-based), with potential to convert to permanent Schedule: Flexible working hours; must have significant overlap with US business hours for hiring manager syncs, screening calls, and candidate communication Collaboration: Works directly with US hiring managers; communicates via Slack, Google Meet, and emailRequirementsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceProven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level rolesStrong sourcing skills — experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platformsHands-on experience using AI tools in a recruiting context (sourcing, outreach, screening, workflow automation)Self-motivated and proactive — you chase candidates, not the other way aroundExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — you'll be the face of our company to senior candidates and will work directly with US hiring managersExperience managing multiple searches at once without dropping ballsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail — scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience matterProficiency in G-Suite applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for Engineering rolesExperience using Workable ATSExperience using Rippling or a similar HRISExperience building recruiting automations and process improvements in an ATSBackground working remotely with US-based teams across time zonesBenefitsGreat Culture.
