Requirements and responsibilities


The Role: - A rare hybrid combining outbound campaign management with hands-on customer success. - Once a customer closes, you own the relationship. - You are also building and optimizing the AI-powered campaigns that bring new customers in. Outbound Campaigns: - ICP targeting and list building. - Prompt writing and sequence design. - Performance analysis and optimization. Customer Success: - Onboarding and post-close communications. - Retention and escalation handling. - Voice of customer internally. - HubSpot CRM management. Candidate Fit: - Have 4+ years running cold email or outbound campaigns using AI-assisted tools (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar). - Are highly proficient in written and spoken English. - You will represent Telescope directly to customers on calls. - Have worked with HubSpot or a comparable CRM. - Are comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions. - Have worked for or with a US or EU-based SaaS startup before. - Are available during EST business hours. Bonus Points: - Prompt writing at scale. - Clay and enrichment workflows. - B2B SaaS background.
