Recording Requirements: - Format: WAV (High Quality only, NO MP3). - Audio must be clear (no background noise). - Audio must be natural (no robotic reading). - Recording options: 1 dual-channel file OR 2 separate files: Agent (Channel 1), Customer (Channel 2). Technical Specifications: - Sample Rate: 8 kHz OR 16 kHz. - Noise Level: Very Low. - No overlapping speech (each speaker clear & separate).
