What You Will Do: - Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn). - Qualify inbound and outbound leads. - Engage clinic owners and staff in consultative conversations. - Ask thoughtful, relevant questions about workflows and operations. - Identify pain points in areas like: - Clinical documentation. - Billing processes. - Lab integrations. - Patient intake and scheduling. - Book high-quality demos for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate CRM records. - Continuously learn healthcare workflows and Zoobook’s platform.
