Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for. We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.About the RoleLeap is growing quickly, and many of our most important decisions — where to invest, what to prioritize, how aggressively to spend, and how to allocate capital — depend on finance. As VP of Strategic Finance, you will be the senior finance leader responsible for turning that ambiguity into clear decisions. You will own the operating model the company plans against, build the capital allocation framework that determines what we fund and in what order, and forecast the business when the answer is not obvious. This is a leadership role with real influence over company strategy. You will lead core FP&A and revenue cycle finance from day one, recruit and build the finance organization as Leap scales, and partner closely with Growth Ops & Strategy, Client Ops & Success, and Member Growth. You will report directly to the President and help shape not only the analysis behind major decisions, but the decisions themselves.Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Allocation & Strategic DecisionsBuild the framework Leap uses to decide where to invest, what to fund, and what to deferTurn ambiguous, high-stakes questions into clear, defensible trade-offs for leadershipOwn board materials and partner on fundraising, including the model, narrative, and diligence processHelp leadership evaluate major investments, hiring plans, client opportunities, and growth betsForecasting & Operating ModelOwn the company operating model and ensure it becomes the source of truth for planningBuild client-level forecasts with clear assumptions, ranges of outcomes, and performance goalsSet ambitious but credible budgets and manage burn against planCreate the financial visibility leadership needs to make faster, better decisionsLeadership & TeamLead core FP&A and revenue cycle finance through your teamRecruit, manage, and develop the finance organization as Leap scalesPartner across Growth Ops & Strategy, Client Ops & Success, and Member Growth to pressure-test major betsBuild finance into a function the rest of the company relies on for fast, reliable answersQualificationsRequiredYou are a strategic finance leader, not just an FP&A operator.
