About SiteCareSiteCare is a US-based WordPress managed services company. We handle website management, maintenance, and digital services for clients around the world. Our team is fully remote and distributed across multiple time zones.About the RoleWe're hiring a Talent & People Administrator to own our hiring process from end to end. You'll work directly with hiring managers to define what we need, find the right people, and bring them in well. Beyond recruiting, you'll support onboarding and people operations as the team grows. This role has real room to expand for the right person.This is a full-time remote position. You must be available during US business hours.What You'll DoPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelinesSource and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channelsManage the full candidate experience from first contact through offerCoordinate interview scheduling and keep hiring processes movingMaintain our ATS and keep candidate records accurate and currentSupport onboarding for new hiresHandle people operations and administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a remote or distributed environmentStrong communicator, clear in writing, responsive, and organizedComfortable owning a process independently without close supervisionExperience with managed services, digital agencies, or tech-adjacent companies is a plusReliable availability during US business hoursWhy SiteCareFully remote, flexible work environmentDirect visibility into company operations and leadershipReal growth potential as the company scales, with this role built to expand
